Sa Sekhem Sahu - protection mantra to Goddess Sekhmet;
Sa - symbol for protection
Sekhem - life force/power
Sahu - light body /eternal radiance

She is the patron for physicians, surgeons, doctors and healers, and her Priests and Priestesses in ancient Egypt were devout to her and called Sekhmet doctors. (And Yes they did have surgery in ancient Egypt! Quite advanced too).

Sekhmet and Ptah represent the necessary and complimentary forces of Creation and Destruction, the Yang and Yin forces, which together bring forth their lotus born enlightened child, Nefertum - referring to The middle path/balance.

Sekhmet the fierce defender of Ma’at, Art by Andy Time

Fierce defender of Ma'at, protector of truth, she who wishes to expose our deepest hearts desire and bring it forth, melting and destroying all the illusions and limitations that stand in it's way.
Dua Sekhmet, she who brings the poison and the medicine, the wrath and the healing, the grandmother who cannot be fooled for she has seen it all, grants swiftness of answered prayers to her devoted children...wise sage, kindest eyes, the Mighty One, Sekhmet, who blazes a trail for us to follow.

𓄂

She is the force within us that expresses full power.

Sekhmet is a Trinity force with her sisters, daughters of Ra, Hathor and Bast.

Holy family - Memphis Triad, Nefertum, Ptah and Sekhmet.
Nefertum/Nefertem, is the enlightened child of Sekhmet and Ptah.
Together they create the Memphis Triad.
The trinity energy.

Nefertum means Beautiful Completion, completed one and beautiful child. He is said to have arisen from the center of the lotus in the original primordial waters of Nun, the great abyss (or womb of existence).

His Mother Sekhmet is the element of Ra, the Sun, to whom he opens and rises towards. His father Ptah is the creator God who dreamed him up and spoke him into existence.
